Youth Shadow Council Exchange Program

The Youth Shadow Council Exchange is designed to provide emerging leaders with direct exposure to municipal governance, civic engagement models, and community leadership practices within the City of Miramar. Participants will engage with elected officials, City staff, educational institutions, and community organizations while developing cross-cultural competencies and leadership skills. The program emphasizes experiential learning, peer-to-peer engagement, and cultural diplomacy, offering youth participants a comprehensive understanding of local government operations and community-driven initiatives.
