Homeowner Preservation Program (HOPP)

This program aims to assist households that need immediate financial assistance with the activities listed below:

Other Eligible Activities:

  • Emergency utility bill payment
  • Emergency Mortgage Payment
  • HOA fees
  • AC repair/replacement
  • Plumbing Repair (pipe repair, clogged drain/toilet)
  • Exterior Paint
  • Driveways

Assistance is in the form of a zero interest loan award amount up to $15,000, subject to availability of funds. Evidence that mortgages or fees are more than 60 days late is required as reflected by the most current mortgage statement or other applicable statement. Properties with Lis Pendens are not eligible.
