The Moderate-Income Down Payment Assistance Program is designed to provide first-time homebuyer assistance to moderate-income households, enabling them to purchase and occupy homes within the City. The program offers a maximum deferred payment loan of up to 10% of the purchase price, capped at $30,000, to help cover down payment, closing costs, or reduce the first mortgage. This assistance will make homeownership more attainable for households that fall within this income bracket.
