APPLICATION PERIOD OPENS OCTOBER 29, 2026

Assistance with Renting a New Home

This program provides up to $8,000 to assist eligible households with the required upfront rental deposit (first and/or last month’s rent) and/or utility connection/start-ups to move into a new unit. This is a one-time grant provided by the City of Miramar and is not on-going monthly rental assistance.

Interested residents may apply via Neighborly, the City’s electronic application portal as of 10/29:
